Job Title: Head Of Operations

Qualification: MBA in Operations Management

Experience: 8+ years of experience

Gender: Male

Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Support & Decision-Making:

Assist the MD in planning and executing strategic initiatives.



Participate in key decision-making processes and provide well-researched insights.



Act as a sounding board for ideas and strategies.

2.Liaison & Stakeholder Management:

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including government authorities, vendors, and clients, ensuring seamless communication.



Build and maintain relationships with key partners to promote business interests.

3.Project Management:

Oversee and manage high-priority projects on behalf of the MD, ensuring timely execution.



Track and report project progress, identifying risks and recommending solutions.

4.Representation & Leadership:

Represent the MD in meetings, events, and external communications when required.



Take charge of critical decisions during the MD's absence.

5.Operations & Reporting:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments and ensure alignment with company goals.



Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for the MD.

6.Administrative Support:

Manage the MD's calendar, prioritize meetings, and ensure effective time management.



Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
