What You Will Handle:
Smooth Daily Flow:
Ensure the day-to-day activities (Production & Planning, Inventory Control, Cost & Efficiency)--from production to dispatch--happen seamlessly.
Team Guidance:
Be the "go-to" person for the staff. Support them, solve their doubts, ensure discipline and keep morale high.
Quality & Standards:
Maintain the high quality our brand is known for, ensuring nothing leaves the warehouse unchecked.
Independent Decisions:
Handle the usual operational hiccups (vendor delays, staff scheduling) confidently on your own.
You Are:
Experienced in managing people and processes (5+ years preferred).
Calm under pressure and organized.
Someone who enjoys taking ownership and doesn't need constant supervision to do a great job.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
