Sanchit Art offers a panoramic review of modern & contemporary Indian art, focusing on providing a holistic experience of art from an intellectual and spiritual perspective. Role and Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Oversee day to day functioning of the gallery spanning the whole organisation \xe2\x97\x8f Constantly track and drive progress of the gallery, including exhibitions (domestic and international), events, sales, logistics, customer experience and staff management by conducting regular performance reviews, MIS reviews. \xe2\x97\x8f Resolving any problems being faced by the team and guiding them, as per established best practices. \xe2\x97\x8f Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, vendors and service providers as and when required. \xe2\x97\x8f Oversee the maintenance and security of the gallery\'s physical space, including managing the gallery\'s facilities and IT infrastructure. \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate and liaise with the marketing team to ensure that gallery communications and marketing initiatives are aligned with operational objectives. \xe2\x97\x8f Work autonomously and follow tight schedules as per established systems and checklists. \xe2\x97\x8f Regular audits of inventory and daily reports to ensure efficient and accurate record keeping Mandatory Qualities: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred. \xe2\x97\x8f 5+ years of experience in gallery operations, museum or operations management in a small business, with at least 2 years in a leadership role where people were directly reporting to you as the line manager. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team and overseeing special projects. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong business acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial management, and sales. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong general aptitude, so candidates who have scored 60% + in class 10th & 12th will be preferred. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. \xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets and Google Suite. \xe2\x97\x8f Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
