At Bikester Global, we are scaling fast. To make this possible, we're looking for a
Head of Operations
who will act as the founder's right hand. This person will take ownership of day-to-day operations across our retail stores and online business, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and growth. While the founder focuses on strategy and expansion, you will be the driving force that executes plans, manages teams, and builds scalable systems.
What You'll Do
End-to-End Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of all retail stores and online business.
Ensure smooth functioning of store processes, inventory, logistics, and customer service.
Build and refine SOPs to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
Team Leadership & Accountability
Manage and guide store managers and their teams; ensure KPIs are being met.
Create a culture of responsibility, discipline, and continuous improvement.
Be the escalation point for operational issues.
Inventory & Supply Chain
Work closely with the buying team to plan stock flow for retail and online.
Monitor inventory accuracy, prevent stock-outs/overstocks, and improve forecasting.
Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for timely procurement and deliveries.
Sales & Performance Monitoring
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets across channels.
Identify bottlenecks and execute corrective actions quickly.
Align operational decisions with revenue growth goals.
Customer Experience
Ensure that every customer touchpoint - store visit, website purchase, after-sales service - is consistent and high quality.
Implement processes to capture feedback and resolve issues effectively.
Execution Partner to Founder
Translate strategic plans into actionable steps and follow through till completion.
Regularly update the founder on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in
operations, retail management, or business scaling
.
Proven ability to manage multi-location operations and lead teams.
Strong grip on
inventory planning, sales performance, and vendor management
.
Someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and can switch between
strategic and tactical thinking
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
A doer who doesn't just plan but ensures execution to the last mile.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
