Job Designation: Head (Operations & Business Development)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company objectives
Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs
Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a high-performance culture
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for operational areas
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
Define and monitor key performance indicators to track operational success
Coordinating all aspects of the export process, including order processing, shipment scheduling, and logistics.
Arranging transportation, booking cargo space, and communicating with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Collaborate cross-functionally to support company-wide initiatives
Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient operational delivery
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
7+ years of progressive experience in operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of operational strategy, process optimization, and team leadership
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Proficiency with project management tools, and data analysis platforms
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?950,000.00 per year
