We are looking for a highly driven

Head of Operations

to oversee and streamline the daily business and engineering operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring project and business outcomes are met efficiently.

You will be responsible for aligning operational goals with the company's long-term vision, improving productivity across departments, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations across engineering, project management, and support functions. Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and productivity frameworks. Manage cross-functional coordination between hardware, firmware, software, and cloud teams. Track performance metrics, delivery timelines, and financial outcomes. Oversee resource planning, hiring coordination, and workload allocation. Work closely with CXOs and team leads to ensure project milestones are achieved. Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and quality management systems. Identify bottlenecks and implement process automation or efficiency improvements. Conduct quarterly performance reviews and mentor team leads in management and communication. Manage vendor relationships, purchase planning, and logistics for engineering operations. Drive cost optimization and financial discipline across operations. Support scaling initiatives -- new office setups, infrastructure expansion, and operational readiness for new geographies.
