? Drive hospital-wide operations across clinical and non-clinical functions, ensuring smooth, coordinated, and efficient service delivery.
Patient Experience Champion
? Re-engineer processes to reduce delays, optimize TATs, and create a patient journey that reflects trust, empathy, and excellence.
Quality & Accreditation
? Lead NABH/other accreditation programs, institutionalize CQI systems, and ensure compliance with safety and risk standards.
Data-Driven Leadership
? Use dashboards, audits, and analytics to identify gaps, set benchmarks, and implement improvement projects.
Change Agent
? Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and service excellence across all hospital departments.
Community & Business Growth
? Strengthen relationships with community stakeholders, medical professionals, and business groups to promote Saroj's services and reputation.
Who You Are
Experienced Leader
? 5-8 years in hospital operations/administration with strong exposure to quality systems.
Strategic Executor
? Equally comfortable in the boardroom and on the floor, driving results.

? Deep understanding of NABH standards, risk management, and patient safety protocols.
