The
Head of MIS
leads Amdocs'
Management Information Systems
function, providing strategic, operational, and technological leadership. This role is responsible for the enterprise corporate information systems that support all Amdocs units, ensuring these systems are developed, integrated, implemented, and continuously optimized to meet business needs.
A key focus of the role is driving innovation through GenAI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with Amdocs' organizational goals. The leader will actively explore and integrate external technologies to complement and enhance in-house developed solutions. They will also approach MIS systems and services as products,continuously delivering value and innovation to business units.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Define and execute a forward-looking MIS strategy that aligns with the company's business and IT vision, emphasizing digital transformation and AI enablement.
Manage a broad global technology group in a wide range of technologies and methodologies (over 300 employees) Lead the evolution of MIS capabilities by embedding Generative AI into data ecosystems to enhance decision intelligence, automate insights, and personalize user experiences.
Lead and manage the MIS group directors and systems like SAP, Service Now, Remedy, Success Factor, ITSM, Atlassian and others.
Establish a long-term vision for MIS architecture, tools, and platforms, ensuring scalability and security.
Lead and develop a high-performing MIS team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Promote collaboration across IT, business units, and external partners.
Partner with business leaders to understand reporting and analytics needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead system upgrades, cloud migrations, and vendor partnerships with a focus on building an AI-ready MIS ecosystem.
Actively explore and integrate external technologies to complement and enhance in-house developed solutions.
Consider MIS services as a product to drive value and innovation.

Qualifications
------------------
Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing MIS.
Proven experience in implementing and managing MIS in large scale organizations.
Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI).
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex IT projects.
A background in working with global or multi-site organizations is an advantage.
Credentials:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
