About us:
We have a full-time role available for a Head of Marketing to join our high performing Marketing Team at Sanjivini Super Speciality Hospital! This role will oversee all facets of marketing and communications -- including digital marketing, advertising, public relations, internal communications, branding, and patient outreach.
Your Role:
Develop and lead the hospital's overall marketing and brand strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Define marketing objectives, KPIs, and budgets to support growth across service lines, physician practices, and community programs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and patient behavior to guide strategic direction.
Lead digital strategy, including website content, SEO/SEM, social media, online advertising, and email marketing.
Leverage data analytics to optimize campaigns, patient journeys, and user experience.
Partner with service line leaders to develop targeted marketing campaigns to increase patient volume and market share.
Collaborate with leadership to implement internal communication strategies that promote employee engagement and alignment.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team (including graphic designers, content creators, video editors, digital marketers, and outreach coordinators).
Requirements:
Master's or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in healthcare marketing or a related regulated industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, media relations, and strategic planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
