As the Head of Marketing at Bluphlux, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. You will lead marketing campaigns and be a founding member of our dynamic team, driving growth and brand awareness in the recruitment industry.#

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage marketing campaigns to promote Bluphlux's innovative recruitment solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Develop and implement marketing plans that effectively communicate the value of Bluphlux's AI-driven recruitment technology. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Oversee the creation of marketing content, including digital, print, and social media. Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the technology or recruitment industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
