: Head of Marketing - Travel & Tourism

Reporting To: CEO

Location: HO ( Malad)

Role Summary:



The Head of Marketing will lead Etrav's end-to-end marketing function, driving brand leadership, demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across domestic and international travel markets.

This role requires a senior marketing leader with strong exposure to the travel ecosystem, capable of balancing long-term brand building with performance-driven growth strategies.

Experience:-



12-15 years of progressive marketing experience

6-8 years in senior leadership roles (Head / AVP / GM - Marketing)

Mandatory experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, OTA, Travel Tech, or Destination Marketing

Proven track record of scaling brands and driving revenue-led growth

Experience managing multi-channel, multi-market marketing programs

Brand awareness, recall, and preference scores Share of voice vs competitors PR reach, sentiment, and quality Social engagement & community growth

Digital & Performance



Website & app traffic quality Paid media ROAS Organic traffic growth & SEO rankings Funnel drop-off and conversion improvement

Customer Metrics



Repeat booking rate Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Retention and loyalty program performance CRM engagement & reactivation rates

Operational & Team Metrics



Budget efficiency and utilization Campaign delivery timelines Team performance, capability building, and retention Agency effectiveness and cost optimization

Core Competencies

Education



MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Strategy (preferred) Bachelor's degree

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
