What You'll Do

? Strategize, plan, and execute

PPC (Paid Media)

and

SEO (Organic Growth)

campaigns

? Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale performance-driven campaigns

? Build, hire, and lead a

dedicated, high-performance marketing team

? Align marketing efforts with product, sales, and creative teams to achieve company-wide growth

? Drive measurable outcomes with clear KPIs and accountability

What We're Looking For

?

8+ years of proven experience

in digital marketing, with deep expertise in PPC and SEO

? A strong track record of scaling campaigns and delivering ROI

? Ability to structure, mentor, and lead a results-oriented team

? Analytical, data-driven decision-maker with strong growth mindset

? Entrepreneurial attitude, confident in working on a

low fixed / high variable

model

Compensation

? Fixed Salary: ₹1L - ?2.5L per month

? Variable Earnings:

Up to ₹10 Lakhs per month
