Role Overview



The Head of Sales and Marketing at Mayon Foundations will be a key leadership role responsible for crafting and executing sales and marketing strategies that fuel revenue growth, build brand equity, and ensure a superior client experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a hands-on executor, and a team leader with deep knowledge of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities



Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with Mayon Foundations' goals. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to consistently achieve sales targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities, channel partnerships, and investor networks. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and out-of-home media. Oversee the complete sales funnel--from lead generation to customer onboarding and after-sales support. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform pricing and positioning. Ensure high standards of customer relationship management and build long-term client trust. Collaborate with project, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution and handovers. Represent Mayon Foundations at industry events, expos, and client interactions.

Candidate Profile



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in real estate sales and marketing. Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Hands-on experience with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and lead management. Proficiency in English and Tamil is essential; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage. Thorough understanding of the Coimbatore real estate market and buyer preferences.
