Tvisha Jewlz is a luxury jewellery brand that blends timeless craftsmanship with contemporary elegance. We specialize in fine jewellery that captures both heritage and modern style. We are looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our brand growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and execute the marketing strategy to strengthen Tvisha Jewlz's identity across B2C and B2B verticals.

Campaign Leadership: Conceptualize, design, and roll out innovative campaigns across digital, print, retail, and influencer channels.

Consumer Insights: Analyze customer behavior, luxury market trends, and competitor activities to shape strategies that maximize visibility and conversions.

Digital Marketing: Drive SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations to build strong online presence.

Retail & Events: Strategize and manage store promotions, exhibitions, trunk shows, and collaborations with stylists, designers, and luxury platforms.

Content & Creative Direction: Oversee storytelling, photoshoots, lookbooks, and brand communication aligned with luxury positioning.

Partnerships: Identify and build strategic collaborations with media, designers, and luxury brands.

Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team while ensuring cross-functional collaboration.

Budget Management: Plan and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring high ROI on all initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

MBA/PG in Marketing or related field preferred.

8-12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury, fashion, or jewellery.

Strong track record in brand building and demand generation.

Deep understanding of consumer behavior in the luxury retail space.

Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.

Digital-first mindset with creative flair and analytical ability.
