Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the global marketing charter for a high-growth company in the health and wellness sector. This is a leadership position with ownership over brand strategy, demand generation, product marketing, corporate communications, and international market presence. The ideal candidate brings a strong B2B marketing background and a proven track record of building brands and driving revenue impact through integrated marketing efforts.
You will work closely with cross-functional leaders across Product, Sales, R&D, and Regulatory to ensure marketing efforts are fully aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and global growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Brand Leadership
Define and evolve the global brand identity and narrative to reflect the company's mission and scientific credibility.
Build brand salience across key markets through consistent messaging, design, and storytelling.
Manage the rollout of brand guidelines across all internal and external touchpoints.
2. B2B Marketing & GTM Execution
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key product lines.
Lead market research, segmentation, and competitive analysis to sharpen product positioning and customer targeting.
Design and deploy high-impact campaigns to reach brand owners, manufacturers, formulators, and distribution partners globally.
3. Global Events & Market Activation
Lead end-to-end planning of trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Drive demand generation and brand visibility through immersive booth experiences and content.
Optimize lead capture, nurturing, and ROI measurement from all events.
4. Product & Content Marketing
Own the creation of technical marketing content, sales collateral, and product education materials.
Collaborate with product and R&D teams to translate complex innovations into compelling narratives.
Ensure marketing supports every stage of the customer journey -- from awareness to consideration and conversion.
5. Digital, SEO & Performance Marketing
Develop a content and performance marketing engine to drive qualified leads via digital channels.
Own SEO strategy, website performance, LinkedIn engagement, and email marketing programs.
Build systems to measure, report, and iterate based on performance data and KPIs.
6. Corporate Communications & Thought Leadership
Spearhead internal and external communications including press releases, leadership content, newsletters, and PR initiatives.
Establish the company's voice as a category leader through executive visibility and thought leadership.
Foster media relationships and strategic partnerships that expand the company's global reach.
7. Team & Budget Management
Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team across functions and geographies.
Define marketing OKRs and KPIs; manage annual marketing budgets and campaign execution timelines.
Promote collaboration across business units and act as a bridge between marketing and core functions.
Qualifications
MBA in Marketing, or a Master's in Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals with specialization in Marketing is preferred.
10-15 years of experience in B2B marketing roles, ideally within wellness, healthtech, life sciences, or allied sectors.
Proven track record of scaling global brands and leading cross-border marketing campaigns.
Hands-on experience with trade shows, GTM planning, brand communications, and digital strategy.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Experience working in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
