Head of Marketing
to lead the marketing and branding initiatives of our educational organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing strategic marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, strengthen market positioning, and drive student admissions through effective engagement with parents, students, and the community.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Branding
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the school's vision, mission, and long-term goals.
Conduct market research to analyze competitive positioning, market trends, parent expectations, and school performance to improve brand presence and existential viability.
Build strong brand identity and create effective branding sensation in the education sector.
Craft compelling marketing narratives that highlight institutional strengths, culture, academic excellence, and unique practices.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Lead digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Generate creative social media content, promotional materials, and digital collaterals for brand awareness and lead conversion.
Oversee content strategy for website, newsletters, blogs, and digital communication channels.
Track and optimize campaign performance, lead generation efficiency, and ROI across marketing initiatives.
Creatives, Design & Media Communication
Prepare high-quality branding collaterals, brochures, banners, promotional videos, creative designs, and event visuals.
Broadcast the school's culture, aesthetics, classroom experiences, student achievements, and learning practices through engaging storytelling and presentations.
Supervise in-house or outsourced creative teams for graphic design and production.
Utilize design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Pictochart, etc.
Marketing Events & Lead Management
Plan and execute marketing events, open houses, school fairs, community outreach events, and brand promotion activities.
Build strong market networks, identify potential leads, and drive admissions conversion funnels.
Maintain effective communication with parents and prospective clients, providing information and guidance regarding school offerings.
Continuously assess market responses and re-strategize marketing plans based on insights and exigencies.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with marketing team members to achieve organizational targets.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure cohesive marketing communication.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA in Marketing & Sales
or equivalent specialization.
Minimum
5-10 years of experience
in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Proven experience in
branding, lead generation, lead nurturing, digital media planning, and campaign management
.
Strong knowledge of graphic design and presentation tools (CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Pictochart, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal communication, client-handling capabilities, and presentation skills.
A dynamic, creative thinker and go-getter with the ability to work under pressure and adapt strategies quickly.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
