:Job Title: Head Marketing - Interior Design - Mumbai

Role Overview

The Marketing Head will be responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing plans that position the firm as a market leader in the design & build industry. This role involves brand building, lead generation, client engagement, and developing partnerships to drive business growth. The candidate should bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of the real estate, interior design, and construction ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

Strategy & Leadership

-Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
-Establish brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
-Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and client trends.
-Manage and mentor the marketing team, external agencies, and freelancers.

Branding & Communication

-Build a strong brand presence through storytelling, design showcases, and case studies.
-Oversee design of marketing collaterals (brochures, pitch decks, videos, 3D walkthroughs, VR demos).
-Manage PR activities and media partnerships to strengthen visibility.
-Ensure the brand is represented at industry events, exhibitions, and design forums.

Digital Marketing

-Lead digital campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, paid ads, and content marketing.
-Drive engagement on Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other design-centric platforms.
-Maintain and optimize the company website for lead conversion.
-Build an email marketing & newsletter strategy targeting developers, corporates, and HNIs.

Client & Community Engagement

-Build strong relationships with real estate developers, architects, influencers, and industry associations.
-Organize experiential events such as design launches, site walkthroughs, and client networking sessions.
-Collaborate with vendors and partner brands for co-marketing opportunities.Key Skills:Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Brand visibility (press mentions, digital engagement, industry presence).
Number and quality of qualified leads generated.
ROI on campaigns and marketing spend.
Growth in client acquisition and retention.
Strong collaborations/partnerships in the ecosystem.

Mandatory:
Strong portfolio of successful digital and offline campaigns.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Creative thinker with analytical ability to measure performance and ROI.

Knowledge of design trends, luxury market, and client expectations in high-value projects.

Target Industry: Retail Interior

Gender: Open

Experience: 8-12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, interior design, architecture, or lifestyle industries.

Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?120,000.00 per month
