We are seeking an experienced and strategic individual to lead our marketing efforts as the Head of Marketing.
The Role
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate the brand and drive business growth. You will manage a marketing team, oversee all online and offline marketing, and serve as the primary liaison with our partnered marketing agency. Your role is crucial in expanding our market presence and fostering a strong community around the sport of Padel.
What You Will Do
Marketing Strategy:
Develop, implement, and oversee all marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Agency Management:
Act as the main point of contact for the partnered marketing agency, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective campaign execution.
Campaign Management:
Head all marketing initiatives and campaigns, from conception to execution, for both online and offline channels.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
Identify and secure strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Brand Representation:
Represent the company in various forums and with key stakeholders to promote the Padel Park brand.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
