Role Summary: We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Head of Marketing to lead all aspects of Offto's marketing strategy and execution. From brand storytelling and influencer campaigns to digital performance and user acquisition, you will own the entire funnel--building awareness, driving installs, and turning users into loyal advocates. Key Responsibilities: Brand & Strategy Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across online and offline channels Position Offto as a unique travel-tech brand in India and globally Lead all brand communication, storytelling, and creative direction Performance & Growth Drive user acquisition through performance marketing, SEO/ASO, and CRM campaigns Work closely with the product team to increase app engagement and retention Build and optimize marketing funnels for both travelers and partners (hotels/homestays) Content & Social Media Oversee content creation for social media, reels, influencer campaigns, blogs, etc. Build and manage a team of creators, writers, designers, and agencies Lead brand campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms Partnerships & Community Create and manage partnerships with influencers, travel communities, and media Lead event-based marketing like travel contests, influencer meetups, and property reviews Drive user-generated content and grassroots engagement Team Building & Leadership Build, manage, and mentor a growing marketing team Work closely with the founders to align business goals with marketing efforts Track, measure, and report performance using KPIs and analytics tools
