We are looking for a passionate Marketing Head who can help us ace content creation and lead the marketing strategy, drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels
Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for building and leading the marketing strategy, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels. You will manage both the performance marketing (Google, Meta, etc.) and the creative direction (campaign planning, copy, design inputs) to ensure impactful storytelling and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing: Lead paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
Optimize CAC, ROAS, and campaign efficiency through data-driven strategies.
Monitor analytics, conduct A/B testing, and continuously improve ad performance.
Campaign Design & Planning: Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles including planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) for smooth execution.
Creative Strategy & Communication: Provide creative direction for ad campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.
Oversee copywriting for push notifications, ads, and customer engagement communication.
Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Leadership & Growth: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Develop quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps with measurable KPIs.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and bring innovative strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Key Skills & Requirements
Proven experience (1+ years) in digital marketing with expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CAC, ROAS, LTV).
Hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution.
Strong creative acumen with the ability to direct ad copy, visuals, and campaigns.
Proficiency in creative writing for digital campaigns, push notifications, and performance ads.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
