Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated offline marketing strategies aligned with institutional growth and admission targets.
Drive lead generation through traditional channels such as print, outdoor media, radio, and direct marketing.
Enhance brand presence through consistent and high-quality marketing collaterals--brochures, flyers, prospectuses, and campus materials.
Plan and manage on-ground events including open houses, admission drives, school outreach programs, seminars, and education expos.
Establish strategic partnerships with schools, coaching institutes, community leaders, and local influencers to expand reach and lead generation.
Oversee ATL/BTL marketing campaigns across regions ensuring effective communication and brand consistency.
Conduct market analysis and field visits to assess campaign impact and identify local opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and guide the offline marketing team, while managing vendors and agencies for printing, branding, media, and events.
Monitor and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI from offline initiatives.
Track and report performance metrics across campaigns, including leads, walk-ins, and conversion outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
