To build, lead, and scale the marketing function from the ground up -- creating a unified brand strategy across B2B, e-commerce, and refurbished tech sectors. This person will be both a strategist and a builder: capable of setting vision, recruiting a high-performing team, managing multi-channel growth, and ensuring measurable ROI from all marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the overall marketing strategy -- brand, acquisition, retention, and partnerships.
Build a marketing playbook: customer segmentation, messaging hierarchy, tone of voice, and creative direction.
Align marketing goals with company OKRs and financial metrics.
Hire, train, and mentor a core marketing team (starting with 3-5 roles).
Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Linkedin, Email, WhatsApp, and Automation.
Develop dashboards HubSpot for full-funnel visibility.
Build a consistent brand identity across all channels.
Select and integrate the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Zapier, analytics, automation tools).
Champion transparency and a values-driven team culture.
Core Skills & Experience
8-12 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong command of acquisition (SEO, paid, social), retention (CRM, email, automation, and brand storytelling.
Proficiency with GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio, UTM tagging, attribution.
Experience hiring, coaching, and leading teams across creative and performance disciplines.
Hands-on with ChatGPT, Gemini, Zapier, HubSpot workflows, or similar.
Strong storyteller; able to translate numbers into narratives.
Able to lead across geographies (UK-India collaboration).
