Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & DevelopmentDefine and develop the brand positioning, value proposition, and brand voice.Build and execute long-term brand development strategies aligned with business goals. Identify and articulate key brand differentiators in a competitive market.
2. Marketing Planning & Execution Create and own the annual marketing plan and calendar. Plan and manage campaigns across digital, print, in-store, and OOH channels. Lead regional marketing efforts for offline repair centers, including store branding and local promotions.
3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence Drive digital customer acquisition strategies via SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, and affiliate channels. Oversee website content, performance marketing campaigns, online reputation (Google reviews, etc.), and local SEO. Collaborate with tech teams for online appointment booking and service engagement tools.
4. Customer Engagement & Loyalty Develop customer loyalty and referral programs to enhance repeat business. Track and improve customer NPS and feedback-driven campaigns. Launch community engagement programs around device care & repair awareness.
5. Partnerships & PR: Forge alliances with electronics retailers, e-waste organizations, insurance providers, and OEMs. Manage PR, media relations, and thought leadership opportunities. Represent the brand at relevant expos and tech events.
6. Team Management & Collaboration Build and mentor an in-house or outsourced marketing team. Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure marketing is aligned with on-the-ground realities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic brand leadership role. Strong knowledge of retail marketing, hyperlocal strategies, and customer experience design.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools, CRMs, email automation, and analytics platforms.
Exceptional storytelling, communication, and visual brand sensibility.
Proven track record of launching and scaling brands in competitive markets. Passionate about technology, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
