2. Campaign & Collateral Oversight
Lead the creation of marketing collaterals across channels (digital, social media, email campaigns, print).
Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure all materials reflect the Catalystia brand voice and standards.
Oversee campaign execution from concept to delivery, monitoring performance and iterating as needed.
Success Metric:
High-quality, consistent collateral that drives engagement and aligns with brand identity.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Manage, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
Allocate resources effectively, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day marketing operations.
Identify skill gaps and provide guidance, training, or hiring recommendations as needed.

4. Collaboration with Outreach & Operations
Partner with the outreach team to ensure marketing collaterals support recruitment, engagement, and program promotion.
Coordinate with program and operations teams to align marketing timelines with program launches and participant communications.

5. Data-Driven Marketing & Analytics
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics across channels.
