Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Head of Marketing & Sales
to lead our marketing strategies, business development initiatives, and partnership engagements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, driving sales growth, and building strong corporate relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve organisational goals.
Lead brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and outreach activities.
Identify and cultivate partnerships, sponsorships, and business opportunities.
Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, and media communications.
Manage client relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to refine strategies.
Guide and mentor the marketing & sales team for optimal performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5-10 years of proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in B2B marketing, corporate engagement, and event promotion.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.
