We're Hiring | Head of Marketing & Growth - Colour Cosmetics (Start-up)

Wonder Products Group of Companies is building an

exciting new colour cosmetics brand

and is looking for a visionary

Head of Marketing & Growth

to lead this journey from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to

build, scale, and own a beauty brand end-to-end

--from brand strategy and GTM to digital growth, retail expansion, PR, and influencer-led storytelling

What you'll lead:

Brand strategy, positioning, tone of voice & visual identity 0?1 brand launch, GTM planning & hero product focus Digital growth across D2C, marketplaces & performance marketing Influencer, PR, media & beauty community relationships Offline marketing, retail activation & on-ground launches Expansion into modern trade & specialty beauty retail Building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team
Who we're looking for:

10-15 years of experience in

beauty / colour cosmetics / personal care / FMCG

Proven startup or early-stage brand-building experience Strong understanding of Indian beauty consumers & trends Existing relationships with retailers, distributors & influencers Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset

Location:

Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday (First Saturday Off)

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
