Distribution & Marketing leader

to drive audience growth, brand visibility, and revenue outcomes for a fast-growing

OTT media platform

user acquisition, distribution partnerships, brand strategy, and growth marketing

DETAILED KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAs)



KRA 1: Growth Strategy & User Acquisition



Objective:

Drive scalable audience growth across platforms

Responsibilities:



Define and execute overall user acquisition and growth strategy Identify and optimize acquisition channels (paid, organic, partnerships) Build and manage acquisition funnels across platforms Collaborate with Tech and Retention teams on growth experiments

KRA 2: Distribution Partnerships & Platform Growth



Objective:

Expand reach through strategic distribution channels

Responsibilities:



Build partnerships with telcos, OEMs, app stores, aggregators, and platforms Manage app store presence and optimization (ASO) Drive distribution deals that improve reach and visibility Monitor performance of all distribution channels

KRA 3: Brand Strategy & Market Positioning



Objective:

Build a strong, differentiated OTT brand

Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience



MBA in Marketing / Business or equivalent experience 10-14 years of experience in growth, marketing, or distribution Proven experience in OTT, media, consumer internet, or subscription businesses Strong understanding of performance marketing, branding, and partnerships
