Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the

DC submersible motor head production line

. Plan, schedule, and oversee production activities to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Ensure strict compliance with quality standards (ISO, BIS, etc.) and customer requirements. Optimize manpower, machinery, and materials to achieve maximum efficiency. Collaborate with design and R&D teams for new product integration and improvements. Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices. Monitor key KPIs such as production yield, downtime, rejection rate, and cost per unit. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules in coordination with the maintenance team. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on production performance.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
