Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Manufacturing to lead and scale our modular construction operations at the Indapur facility. This senior leadership role will oversee the end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle of bathroom/kitchen pods, panelised systems, and volumetric modular units, ensuring operational excellence, quality assurance, and timely delivery across all product lines.

The ideal candidate will drive factory performance, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement, while aligning manufacturing capabilities with business growth and project demands.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Manufacturing Leadership

Define and execute manufacturing strategy for modular construction products including LGS, PEB, PFB, and precast systems. Lead factory operations across pods, panels, and volumetric modules. Align production capacity with project pipeline and business goals.

Operational Oversight

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards (ISO, CE, building regulations). Champion lean manufacturing, automation, and digitalization initiatives. Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements across all production lines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with design, procurement, HR, and site teams to ensure seamless delivery. Provide feedback to design and engineering teams to enhance DfMA workflows. Resolve production bottlenecks and non-conformities with urgency and precision.
Team Development & Leadership

Build and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team including managers, supervisors, and technicians. Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous learning. Oversee staffing, training, and succession planning.
Supply Chain & Logistics

Oversee material planning, procurement, and inventory control. Ensure timely dispatch and installation of modular units at project sites. Minimize delays through proactive vendor and logistics management.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Construction Management. 15+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably in modular/offsite construction. Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and DfMA principles. Familiarity with BIM workflows, ERP/MRP systems, and automation technologies. Experience in steel frame, PEB, MEP, fit-out, and facade systems is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
