Head of IT India, Head of IT Vendormanagement & DSM - Automotive Business
The Head of IT Vendor Management & DSM sets globally standards for Digital Solution Managers (DSM) across IT departments, ensuring consistent integration and governance of IT systems. This role aggregates cost and performance data from digital solutions and vendors, aligning with strategic objectives and optimizing resources. Additionally, this position includes the responsibility as Head of IT India.
Key responsibilities (or What you can expect in the role)

• Standard Setting: Establish and maintain standards, policies, and procedures for DSMs to ensure consistency and compliance across all IT departments.
• Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic guidance to DSMs, ensuring IT systems and applications meet business objectives.
• Performance Aggregation: Collect and analyze performance metrics from digital solutions and vendors, identifying areas for improvement.
• Cost Management: Monitor and manage costs of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Governance and Compliance: Enforce governance frameworks and policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to optimize system performance and resource utilization.
• Training and Development: Ensure DSMs have the necessary skills and knowledge through training and development.
• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with IT vendors, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring including issue resolution.

Requirements (or We expect you to have/be)

• Excellent communication abilities
• Proven leadership experience
• Solid understanding of solution architecture
• Familiarity with governance practices
• Experience with vendor management

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
