Position Title: Head of IT & ERP

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
1. Role Overview
The Head of IT & ERP is responsible for the strategic leadership, planning, execution, and management of the organization's IT infrastructure, ERP systems, business applications, cybersecurity, and technology roadmap. This role ensures seamless functioning of core systems, drives digital transformation, strengthens data governance, and partners with business leaders to enable efficiency, automation, and scalability.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. IT Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
- Lead IT budgeting, resource planning, vendor management, and overall governance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing IT team across functions.
- Define KPIs, SLAs, and performance standards.
- Drive technology innovation and propose automation opportunities.
B. ERP Management & Optimization
- Own complete responsibility for the ERP ecosystem.
- Oversee ERP design, customizations, integrations, upgrades, and module implementations.
- Ensure business processes are mapped effectively into ERP.
- Lead cross-functional teams during rollouts and enhancements.
C. IT Infrastructure & Operations
- Manage networks, servers, cloud services, POS, and hardware/software.
- Ensure high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery.
- Oversee Service Desk operations and SLA adherence.
- Govern IT asset management and procurement.
D. Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Implement cybersecurity framework, tools, monitoring, and incident response.
- Conduct VAPT, risk assessments, and awareness training.
- Oversee access management, firewall, and backup policies.
E. Business Applications & Digital Transformation
- Manage non-ERP Enterprise applications (WMS, BI, AI Tools etc.).
- Partner with business teams for automation and process improvements.
- Promote data-driven decision-making through dashboards and reporting tools.
F. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with department heads on business needs.
- Present IT roadmap, budgets, and ROI.
- Manage vendor relationships and escalations.
