Roles and Responsibilities:
The role is multifaceted and crucial for the success of the institution, with a special focus on managing a girls' residential school.
1. Administrative Responsibilities
School Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce all school policies, especially those specific to the residential aspect of the school.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the school budget, ensuring proper resource allocation.
Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise all staff, ensuring they are motivated and effective.
Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance of all school facilities, including dormitories, classrooms, and dining halls.
2. Academic Responsibilities
Curriculum: Ensure the curriculum meets educational standards and student needs.
Academic Oversight: Monitor and evaluate teaching methods and educational programs.
