Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and creative
Head of Influencer Marketing & PR
to lead our influencer partnerships, celebrity collaborations, and public relations efforts. This role will own brand visibility, cultural relevance, and earned media impact across digital and traditional platforms.
You will be responsible for shaping TooshModa's public image, driving high-impact influencer campaigns, and building long-term relationships with creators, stylists, celebrities, editors, and media houses.
Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Marketing
Develop and execute end-to-end influencer strategies (micro, macro, celebrity, and creator-led campaigns)
Identify, onboard, and manage long-term influencer and brand ambassador relationships
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and performance metrics
Track ROI, engagement, reach, and conversion performance of influencer campaigns
Stay ahead of influencer, platform, and cultural trends
Public Relations & Brand Image
Lead PR strategy across fashion, lifestyle, and business media
Manage relationships with editors, journalists, stylists, and PR agencies
Oversee press releases, media pitches, brand announcements, and crisis communication
Secure brand placements, interviews, features, and event coverage
Own brand messaging and narrative consistency across all external communications
Celebrity, Events & Collaborations
Drive celebrity placements, red-carpet looks, and stylist relationships
Lead PR and influencer strategy for launches, fashion weeks, pop-ups, and brand events
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams for integrated campaigns
Leadership & Strategy
Build and manage influencer/PR budgets
Lead and mentor internal team members or agencies
Report directly to senior leadership with insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations
Requirements
6-10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or communications (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
Strong existing network of influencers, media, stylists, and industry stakeholders
Proven experience scaling brand visibility through earned media and creator partnerships
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, emerging channels)
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
Preferred Background
Experience working with fashion, beauty, luxury, or DTC brands
Exposure to international markets or global influencer campaigns
Previous leadership or head-of-function role
