Job Title: Head of Human Resources

Experience: 15+ years

Joining Timeline: Immediate to 1 month

Key Responsibilities:

Lead efforts in Organizational Design, Development, and OD Interventions to support business objectives.

Strategic manpower planning, optimization, and forecasting to ensure the right talent mix.

Establish and maintain comprehensive HR Management Information Systems for efficient data-driven decision-making.

Drive effective goal-setting processes and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS).

Foster a positive work culture through structured Employee Engagement frameworks, regular counselling, and compliance with labor laws.

Design and manage robust Succession Planning, Training & Development programs, as well as Mentorship & Coaching.

Lead policy overhauls in line with current legal frameworks and company growth.

Strengthen the employer brand and manage certifications to position the company as an employer of choice.

Drive competency mapping and creation of precise s.

Monitor and support all the operational HR functions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven track record in Organizational Design, Development, and OD Interventions.

Expertise in Manpower Planning, Employee Relations, and Compliance.

Strong experience in HR MIS, Performance Management, and Compensation.

Excellent command of English, Tamil, and Hindi.

Willingness to travel to Palej, Gujarat once in 1 / 2 months

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?2,500,000.00 - ?3,000,000.00 per year
