The Opportunity We\'re seeking a proactive leader to manage our human resources function. This role is central to fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring our workforce is aligned with Tech Alchemy\'s vision and goals. Located in our Pune office, you will be instrumental in enhancing our organisational dynamics and driving business success. Responsibilities : Strategise and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives Oversee the recruitment process to ensure alignment with goals Promote a positive work environment and drive employee engagement Lead end-to-end payroll processing Ensure adherence to policies and introduce new/changing policies Coordinate and plan employee engagement activities Manage compensation and benefits for staff Maintain confidentiality on work-related issues, facilitate employee exits Apply HR management practices and principles Foundational knowledge of HRIS and coaching/counseling/influencing skills Administer HR-related documentation and ensure HR activities comply with legal standards Required Skills: Master\'s degree in HR or related field Extensive HR experience, including senior roles in a fast paced environment Knowledge of Indian labor laws and employment equity regulations Proficiency in HR administration, people management, and payroll practices Thorough understanding of HR functions and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills for working across levels and cultures Strong ability to handle ambiguity Excellent analytical, strategic, and lateral thinking skills Effective active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Sound experience in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and management
