Key Responsibilities
Oversee complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit processes
Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, audits, etc.)
Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and operational frameworks
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
Lead and mentor the HR team to drive efficiency and performance
Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll accuracy
Prepare MIS reports and present HR analytics to management
Support organizational growth through effective manpower planning
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in HR operations and compliance
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Effective communication and conflict-resolution abilities
Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll systems
Ability to join immediately or within short notice period
Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
6-8 years of relevant HR Operations experience
Prior experience in a senior or leadership role
