The Opportunity
We're looking for a
seasoned Head of HR,
someone who can
take Fyn from 1 to 10
, blending
strategic vision
with the
grit to execute
.
This role is not just about policies and processes, it's about building an organisation that can scale fast without losing its soul. You'll shape everything from payroll systems to leadership hiring, from compliance to culture building.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Build and execute HR strategy aligned with Fyn's growth roadmap.
Full-Spectrum HR Ownership:
Manage the entire employee lifecycle -- from hiring junior staff to onboarding senior leadership.
Culture Architect:
Shape, protect, and scale Fyn's culture as we grow across cities.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
Build high-performing teams; lead senior-level hiring; design growth and succession plans.
HR Operations:
Oversee payroll, compliance, benefits, and HRMS implementation/automation.
Admin Work:
Take ownership of general administrative tasks to keep the company running smoothly.
Performance & Engagement:
Drive performance reviews, appraisal processes, and engagement initiatives to retain top talent.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements and employment laws.
Change Management:
Lead organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions during rapid scaling.
Who We're Looking For
6+ years in HR,(startup ecosystem experience strongly preferred).
Proven record of scaling teams and processes in a fast-growth environment.
Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills.
Excellent communicator and influencer at all levels of the organisation.
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-paced, 6-days-a-week in-office environment (HSR, Bangalore).
Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with HRMS tools (e.g., People & Payroll) is a plus.
Multilingual (English required; Kannada/Tamil an advantage)
