own performance data quality, firmware logic, calibration, and long-term data integrity

across sports and esports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PERFORMANCE DATA OWNERSHIP

Define performance metrics and signals
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and repeatability
Design long-term data models

FIRMWARE & CALIBRATION

Own firmware logic and updates
Define calibration processes
Ensure device reliability

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

Work with OEMs and certification labs
Ensure no vendor data lock-in
Maintain vendor replaceability

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ALIGNMENT

Work with Engineering on data pipelines
Work with Authority on integrity signals
Support analytics and simulation teams

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Must-Have
10-14 years experience in

Wearables Embedded systems Sports performance tech Sensor-based systems
Strong understanding of data integrity and calibration

Pure manufacturing background
Pure hardware sales profile
Uncomfortable with software + data thinking

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
