Co-create and execute creative growth marketing strategies and roadmaps for the mobileapplication, aligned with the overall marketing objectives and company's revenue goals.2. Drive user acquisition, both organic and paid, to increase app downloads and user base.3. Conduct scalable growth experiments to continuously test for and establish product-marketfit, and improve user onboarding and in-app engagement.4. Execute coherent content strategies, including creation of digital marketing assets such asapp store creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials, to enhance app visibility anddrive user engagement.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback, identify opportunities forapp enhancements, contribute to product roadmap decisions and prioritize productchanges to align with changing user needs to target new user segments and unlock growth.6. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all channels used for digital marketing,promotions, and customer communications, including app, website, social media, emailmarketing, influencer and affiliate partnerships, and content marketing.7. Work closely with the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfacesthat enhance the app's usability and overall user experience.8. Lead, coach, and effectively manage the performance of both product and marketingteams by focusing on setting goals, monitoring progress, and implementing efficiencies.9. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), app performance metrics, appusage data, and user behavior and feedback using analytics tools.10. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, app store guidelines,and data privacy regulations to identify trends, optimize marketing spends, ensurecompliance and inform future strategy.11. Provide ongoing oversight and management of revenue targets and ROI achieved,working with finance and management to prepare budgets and justify marketing spends.12. Provide regular updates to the management on digital marketing progress, key milestones,and performance metrics.Required Skills:1. Customer-centric mindset, with a strong understanding of user needs, preferences, culturalnuances and behaviors of Indias digital market and app users.2. Strong understanding of mobile app development platforms, frameworks, andtechnologies, and user experience (UX) design principles, as well as their impact on appperformance and user experience.3. In-depth knowledge of digital and mobile app marketing strategies for user acquisition,retention, and engagement as metrics to leverage and drive overall growth.4. Excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics,Firebase, Sensor Tower, and Power BI, to track user behavior and engagement, analyzeapp performance, competitor metrics, and campaign results to derive actionable insightsand make data-driven decisions.5. Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystem, app store guidelines, and industry trends todevelop effective growth strategies.6. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and data privacy in the healthcare industry.7.
