About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Growth to lead our marketing initiatives. This role will focus on creating impactful strategies, driving brand awareness, and managing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms. You will collaborate with agencies, guide internal teams, and ensure every campaign delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.
Lead the marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.
Oversee content creation for digital, print, and social media platforms.
Analyze consumer insights and market trends to optimize marketing plans.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
Build and maintain relationships with agencies, partners, and media outlets.
Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of campaigns regularly.
Requirements
3-6 years of proven experience in marketing with successful campaigns.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to execute strategies effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
