Head of Growth & Marketing
SERP Forge is a marketing agency helping SaaS and digital-first businesses scale through SEO and growth marketing. We're now looking for a results-driven Head of Growth & Marketing who can take charge of branding, client acquisition, strategic growth, and community building, working closely with the Founder to shape the next phase of our journey.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
Build and execute strategies to acquire new SaaS and B2B clients.
Own the complete sales funnel from outreach to closing deals.
Set and achieve clear KPIs for client growth.
Marketing & Branding:
Strengthen SERP Forge's brand presence across digital platforms.
Create positioning strategies that establish SERP Forge as a go-to SaaS marketing partner.
Oversee content initiatives (blogs, case studies, social presence).
Community & Thought Leadership:
Engage with SaaS and marketing communities (LinkedIn, events, groups).
Drive brand authority by representing SERP Forge on podcasts, panels, and webinars.
Launch community-driven initiatives to strengthen industry visibility.
Strategic Growth:
Work closely with the Founder to set growth goals and execute them.
Explore partnerships and collaborations to accelerate expansion.
Analyze performance data and continuously improve acquisition and branding strategies.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in growth marketing, client acquisition, or business development (agency or SaaS background is a plus).
Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and B2B growth strategies.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Excellent communication and networking skills for community and podcast presence.
Entrepreneurial mindset - driven, ownership-focused, and not bound by the clock.
