The Head of Global Sales & Marketing is responsible for building and executing the complete
go-to-market (GTM)
strategy for all 10 AI products under Makhija Quantum AI(TM), driving adoption, monetization, and brand dominance in US, EU, and India markets.
The role blends
sales leadership, digital marketing expertise, and revenue strategy
, aiming to convert each AI product into a global subscription-driven success story.
Key Responsibilities
1? Revenue Leadership
Design and own the master plan to scale revenue to >$1 billion annualized run rate within 6 months.
Define pricing, bundles, and monetization models for each SaaS product (API, B2C, B2B).
Manage conversion funnel from lead ? trial ? paid user ? enterprise deal.
Build high-performance sales organization covering India, US, EU time zones.
2? Marketing Strategy & Execution
Architect multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, email automation, affiliate).
Design global launches for each AI product (Aureole, Appliofy, Callyx etc.) with strong positioning and PR.
Implement AI-driven marketing automation via n8n, HubSpot, Zapier, and custom LLM tools.
Drive brand storytelling through videos, case studies, and founder-led content.
3? Sales Operations & Partnerships
Build B2B enterprise pipeline for API and white-label products.
Create reseller and affiliate programs to scale user acquisition organically.
Form strategic alliances with SaaS aggregators, AI marketplaces, and influencer networks.
Set up CRM systems, sales dashboards, and real-time KPI tracking.
4? Team Building & Leadership
Recruit and lead global sales & marketing team (10-20 people initially).
Train team on AI product knowledge, pitching, and objection handling.
Foster a culture of data-driven growth, speed, and ownership.
5? Analytics & Optimization
Monitor MRR, CAC, LTV, ARPU, and ROI for each campaign and product.
Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, pricing, and funnels.
Report directly to Founder and COO on revenue and marketing metrics weekly.

Ideal Candidate Profile
8 - 15 years experience in
SaaS sales & digital marketing leadership
(B2C + B2B).
Deep knowledge of
AI, automation, and SaaS monetization models.
Proven record in scaling startups from 0 ? high 7/8-figure revenues.
Hands-on with
growth stack:
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Email, Influencer, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
Comfortable building teams and processes onsite from scratch.
Analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable with aggressive growth targets.
Excellent written & spoken English; global communication skills a must.
