Discover the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Fund Administration and Capital Markets to lead the strategic and operational execution of fund administration services across multiple jurisdictions. This role will oversee fund onboarding, integration, and operational readiness, ensuring seamless transitions from fund launch or migration to full operational integration. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in fund structures, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement while driving innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute fund onboarding and integration strategies aligned with business growth. Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders during fund launches and migrations. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in onboarding processes.

Fund Onboarding & Integration

Oversee end-to-end onboarding of new funds, including documentation, operational setup, and compliance. Coordinate with fund managers, legal, compliance, technology, and investor services. Manage timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation for fund launches.

Operational Excellence

Equip and train operational teams to support new fund structures post-onboarding. Develop and maintain onboarding playbooks and SOPs. Monitor post-integration performance and resolve operational issues.

echnology & Data Integration

Collaborate with technology teams for seamless integration of fund data into core platforms. Support automation and digitization initiatives for scalability.

Governance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions (AIFMD, UCITS, SEC). Maintain strong controls and documentation for audits. Identify and mitigate risks proactively.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CAIA, PMP) preferred. 10+ years of experience in fund administration or operations, with 5+ years in leadership. Strong understanding of fund structures (hedge funds, private equity, real estate, UCITS). Proven experience managing complex fund launches and migrations. Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes

Experience with fund administration platforms (Investran, eFront, Geneva, PFS-PAXUS). Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and fund jurisdictions. Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
