As Finance Leader, you will work directly with the Co-Founders and leadership team, playing a critical role in shaping the strategy and direction of the organization. Accounting & Reporting

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in line with Indian GAAP and US GAAP requirements. Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Develop and maintain robust internal controls, reconciliations, and accounting processes.

Taxation & Compliance

Ensure timely compliance with all direct and indirect taxation requirements in India and abroad. Coordinate with tax advisors on transfer pricing documentation, assessments, and audits. Handle statutory audits, tax audits, and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies. Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and corporate governance frameworks.

Cost Management & Control

Implement systems for cost controlling and cost allocation across departments/projects. Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective measures for optimization. Support strategic decisions with detailed cost-benefit analysis and financial modelling.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Provide actionable insights through MIS, dashboards, and financial reports. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning exercises. Advise management on financial risks, treasury planning, and liquidity management.

Qualifications & Skills

Looking for Talented candidates preferably Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6-10 years of experience in finance & accounting. Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, US GAAP, and transfer pricing regulations. o Hands-on experience in taxation, statutory compliance, and audits. Expertise in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel. Ability to work independently and manage a team.
