Our portal and app also connect healthcare providers needing clinical support to compliant local nursing talent, helping to ensure optimal staffing levels and consistent, quality care coverage. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Head of Finance. The Head of Finance will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, developing and analyzing financial plans, creating budgets, and overseeing financial reporting. The role will be based in Kochi and will require the candidate to work on-site. Qualifications Experience in Finance and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills Experience with creating and managing budgets Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
