Job Summary

IRISH EXPERT LLP is seeking an experienced

Head of Finance

to lead and manage the company's financial strategy, operations, and compliance. This senior leadership role requires strong financial expertise, strategic thinking, and proven experience overseeing finance and accounting functions in a company of similar scale.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the executive team to drive financial planning, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize cash flow, and improve overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and key stakeholders Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Conduct detailed financial analysis and present insights for decision-making Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Manage GST filings, TCS calculations, bank reconciliations, and budget implementation Verify payroll processing, including ESIC and EPF calculations Oversee online fund transfers (NEFT, RTGS, etc.) Coordinate with management on budget planning and execution Finalize revenue and expense reports in collaboration with the finance team Analyze and evaluate final accounts and financial reports Ensure adherence to approved budgets and financial controls Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operations and growth Implement cost control initiatives to improve profitability Evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendor and supplier contracts Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements Liaise with auditors and consultants for tax and audit-related matters Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to optimize financial arrangements Monitor vendor compliance with agreed service levels and deliverables

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (mandatory) MBA, CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification (preferred)
Experience

Minimum

8+ years of experience

in finance and accounting Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (CFO, Head of Finance, or equivalent)
Skills & Competencies

Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage teams and multiple financial functions effectively

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
