Job Title: Finance Head

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic and experienced Finance Head to lead our finance department within the manufacturing division. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and develop a high-performing finance team, while driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, audit management, and reporting using MIS and SAB BI tools.

The Finance Head will partner closely with senior management to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance, motivation, and continuous development.

Oversee budgeting processes and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Drive accurate and insightful financial forecasting to support executive decision making.

Manage all internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.

Supervise the preparation and analysis of MIS reports and financial dashboards for business review.

Utilize SAB BI tools and ERP systems (preferably SAP) to enhance data-driven financial insights.

Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams to optimize cost control and productivity.

Monitor key financial indicators such as production costs, inventory valuation, and cash flow.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Implement financial policies, controls, and process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree .

8+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in manufacturing industries.

Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, audit management, and financial reporting.

Strong experience with MIS reporting and SAB BI tools.

Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Deep understanding of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
