Hiring: Head of Finance

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic finance professional to lead the finance function at a fast-growing media and entertainment organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Oversee accounting operations, including P&L, cash flow, compliance, and audits Provide financial insights to support business strategy and decision-making Ensure strong internal controls and risk management Build and mentor a high-performing finance team

Requirements:

CA qualified with 4-5+ years in financial leadership roles

Experience in media, entertainment, or e-commerce preferred

In-depth understanding of revenue models like advertising, subscription, licensing, and production

Proficiency in financial tools (ERP, Excel, BI tools)

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
