Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Finance
Work closely with founders and senior leadership to drive strategic planning, support fundraising efforts, and lead long-term financial modeling aligned with organizational goals.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Develop, manage, and refine annual budgets, forecasts, business plans, and key financial KPIs to enable data-driven decisions.
Investor Relations
Prepare board decks, investor updates, and due-diligence materials while maintaining clear, consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Controllership & Compliance
Oversee end-to-end accounting, audits, statutory compliance, and internal financial controls, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory norms (Income Tax, GST, etc.).
Revenue & SaaS Metrics
Track and analyze core SaaS metrics--MRR/ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, burn multiple--and provide insights to drive financial and operational performance.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Lead cash flow planning, working capital management, and treasury operations to ensure financial health and liquidity.
Team Leadership
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team across controllership, FP&A, accounting, and compliance functions.
Process Automation & Systems
Identify opportunities to streamline finance operations and implement tools/systems to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
What You Bring

• Chartered Accountant with 12-15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in finance within SaaS, product-based, or technology-led environments.
• Proven expertise in both strategic and operational finance management.
• Hands-on, analytical, and problem-solving mindset suited for fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
