Role Summary

We are looking for an accomplished and strategic

Head of Finance & Accounts

to head the finance function across our group entities. As a core member of the senior leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for shaping financial strategy, strengthening financial governance, and supporting sustainable business growth through data-driven insights and strong fiscal discipline.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive financial expertise, leadership capability, and a hands-on approach to managing complex financial operations while partnering closely with management to drive long-term profitability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy in line with overall business goals Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes Oversee accounting operations, statutory audits, and timely, accurate financial reporting Ensure compliance with all taxation laws, statutory regulations, and financial standards Monitor cash flow, working capital, and implement cost-control and optimization measures Provide strategic financial analysis, risk assessments, and actionable insights to leadership Manage banking relationships, funding arrangements, and financial negotiations Support business expansion, investments, and financial risk management initiatives Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounts team

Candidate Profile

Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) 8-15 years of experience in senior finance or leadership roles Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial controls, and regulatory compliance Proven experience in managing audits, financial statements, and management reporting Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced MS Excel Excellent analytical, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders
